Chocolate depositors

The one-shot depositor may be used not only as extra equipment for different production lines, but also as a separate chocolate filling machine. As an independent machine it is used in the production of chocolate products with filling content up to 30%, which form completely depends on a plastic mould (baton, bar). Crisped rice feeding apparatus, hazelnut depositor, biscuit feeding apparatus and wafer feeding apparatus may be used as extra equipment. This kind of chocolate forming systems are universal for chocolate polycarbonate moulds with different centers of the shapes, by changing of one-shot chocolate moulds which are made of aluminum.

Dragee chocolate forming machine

The liquid chocolate mass is poured from the stage controlled feeding unit between the cooled drums and the chocolates are formed, due to the holes on the surface of the drums. The chocolate dragee forming machine is designed especially for chocolate, which is coated with sugar on the final stage of the production. Chocolate form depends on the holes on the surface of the drums. Specially designed surface of the drums is cooled by means of cooling agent, the chocolate mass passing the drums obtains the shape but it is in the form of net, the solid product in the form of net is transported to the crust cracker, where the crusts are cracked and the dragee form is gained. Depending on the capacity, there are two types of the chocolate dragee forming machine: with drum dimensions of 400mm (100 kg/h) and 600mm (150 kg/h). The production is divided into three main types (depending on the holes of the drum): 8, 12 and 20mm.

Hollow chocolate figures forming line

Chocolate spinner is used for manufacturing hollow moulded articles, e.g. easter eggs (kinder surprise, ulker toto, elvan dino, solen ozmo, elvan toy toy), easter bunnies. Hollow-type chocolate production line spreads the chocolate over the surface of the mould using the centrifugal principle. Only book type moulds can be used on this line. The capacity of the easter egg chocolate (holow chocolate) production line is 5 mould/min. Our prodution range includes also manual type spinning machines.

Spread cream filling machine (SCF1)

SCF1 is manual type filling machine. Case feeding is manual. Pedal is used to perform filling. Conveyor can be attached over machine but this event will lower the capacity of machine upto 30%. Weight settings may be performed quickly and easily.

Spread cream filling machine (SCF3)

Fills spreadable chocolate to 3 cups simultaneously. The cups are collected in the charger and the machine takes them to the filling unit automatically. The reservoir is water-jacketed, double-celled, with capacity of 60 kg. The capacity of filling machine is 30 cups of chocolate-hazelnut spread/min. It fills the cups with two cream colors at the same time. Weight settings may be performed quickly and easily.

Block of chocolate filling machine

Block of cuverture moulds are collected in the charger and the machine takes them to the filling unit automatically. The reservoir is water-jacketed with capacity of 100 kg.

hDCD production line is designed for producing drops & chips chocolates. This line contains one or two chocolate depositors, cooling tunnel & chiller. Depending of needed capacity chocolate piston number of the depositor can vary.

Chocolate aluminum matrix

Aluminum matrix is equipment which is used together with one-shot depositors, They are main part of the chocolate depository. Their outside shape depends of depositors design but working principle for all is the same. The main concept of using matrix is to out pour chocolate at concrete place of polycarbonate mould or cooling tunnel. They are used to produce also chocolate drops or chocolate chips.
