Most important machine for any small chocolate manufacturing facility. Thanks to helix type pump not only plain chocolate but also chocolate with nut pieces or other ingredients can be tempered. External cold water is not required as machine is equipped with cold water chiller & water pump. Thanks to additional devices like EM200 and aluminum matrix our tempering machine can be used as enrober or depositor.
