Description for the chocolate conche

The HMC1000 machine is a horizontal chocolate reservoir that has agitation, chocolate splashing, and air suction. VMC serie is vertical type with orbital mixing feature and air suction fan. Designed to be used for removing bad smells and moisture from chocolate. Conching is the process that follows chocolate grinding.
